Key Responsibilities:
- Install commercial kitchen equipment per construction documents, including exhaust hoods, stainless steel trim, and walk-in coolers/freezers.
- Field welding and polishing (stainless steel) experience is a huge plus.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with health department and NSF standards for sealing and installing equipment.
- Read and comprehend blueprints, installation manuals, and follow detailed process steps for high-quality results.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of construction experience (preferred but not required—we'll train you).
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and push up to 100 lbs.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and travel.
- Clean driving record and ability to be insured under company insurance.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow blueprints are a plus.
