Property Management Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Community Manager. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our community management team, assisting with daily operations, including sales, leasing, inventory analysis, budgeting and reporting, property management, rent collection, and other related tasks.
About the Role
The Assistant Community Manager will work closely with the community management team to ensure the smooth operation of our communities. This includes managing relationships with residents, vendors, and internal stakeholders, as well as developing and implementing business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive rental revenue growth
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including resident information, lease agreements, and financial data
• Participate in on-call rotations to respond to after-hours emergencies
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 1+ year of experience in property management or a related field
• Strong understanding of property management principles, including finance, accounting, and marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Familiarity with property management software and systems
