Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team at Bozeman Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and education, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze patient data to determine diagnoses and develop individualized plans of care
  • Implement evidence-based practices to promote health and safety in the labor and delivery unit
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in maternal child health
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care
Requirements
  • Montana licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program Provider certification within 6 months of hire
  • Electronic Fetal Monitoring Series Certificate of Completion within 6 months of hire
  • American Heart Association ACLS certification within 1 year of hire
  • Competence in modified primary nursing and willingness to practice
  • Two hours of initial cerebrovascular disease education within one year of hire
  • Preferred: one year labor and delivery experience and certification in lactation consulting/counseling (CLC, IBCLC)
