Job Summary:

CROSSMARK is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a visually appealing and well-stocked retail environment, ensuring that products are properly displayed and easily accessible to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reset, stock, and maintain books and magazines, including new releases, best sellers, and children's books.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with Store Management and Associates.
  • Report service visits, including uploading photos through a mobile application.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must have access and be comfortable using a smart device.
  • Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
  • Must be available to work Tuesdays and 2-3 other weekdays.
  • Ability to lift 25lbs on a regular basis and up to 60lbs on occasion.
