- Stay informed on industry trends related to design, manufacturing, and materials.
- Professional Engineering license in a related discipline or Bachelor of Science in a related engineering degree from a college/university accredited (ABET or equivalent) engineering program.
- Master of Science in a related engineering degree from a college/university with an accredited (ABET or equivalent) engineering program or MBA.
- Sr II-15 years management experience and related experience.
- Sr I-10 years management experience and related experience.
