Qualifications:
- Registered Dietitian credentialed by the American Dietetic Association.
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from an accredited institution.
- Licensed in Nutrition/Dietetics as mandated by state regulations.
- Experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and compassion in caring for elderly individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver registered dietitian services across multiple sites in compliance with established policies and regulations.
- Plan, organize, and oversee the nutritional care of residents, adhering to current standards and guidelines.
- Evaluate and monitor residents' nutritional status, providing insights to the clinical team.
- Develop and revise nutritional care plans as necessary.
- Ensure meal services meet dietary requirements and modifications are implemented.
- Educate residents, families, and staff on nutrition and dietary adjustments.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure compliance with dietary needs based on medical conditions.
- Review menu modifications for adherence to facility policies and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of nutritional care practices.
- Perform nutritional assessments during resident admissions, readmissions, and periodic evaluations.
- Complete relevant sections of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) accurately.
- Inspect food service areas for cleanliness, safety, and proper procedures.
- Monitor residents for changes in weight, nutritional support needs, and skin integrity, making recommendations as needed.
- Participate in compliance inspections related to nutritional and dietary policies.
