About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at the Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform radiology procedures as ordered by physicians and providers, ensuring accurate and efficient results.
  • Travel to other clinics as directed by clinic leadership, maintaining a flexible and adaptable work schedule.
  • Process room add-on cases prior to scheduled cases, streamlining our imaging workflow.
  • Operate equipment in compliance with all safety requirements, prioritizing patient and staff safety.
  • Comply with all HIPAA and OSHA regulations, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to industry standards.
  • Report any patient complaints or concerns to the practice manager, ensuring prompt resolution and exceptional patient satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with physicians, employees, and other departments, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Respond to patient questions as required, resolving issues and maintaining high patient satisfaction levels.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Radiology Technology and current ARRT certification required.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist in a hospital or clinic environment.
  • Current state and ARRT certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
  • Knowledge of radiology exam policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of operating a PC and applicable computer software.
  • Knowledge of safety requirements within the department.
