Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Wenham, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Med Surg department, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in various settings within the community. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering clinical services, managing patient care, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide skilled nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved School of Nursing
  • Current Massachusetts license as Registered Nurse
  • Minimum of one year previous nursing experience in an acute care setting
  • Prior home care experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
