Job Summary:

This is a customer-facing position that requires ensuring each guest receives exceptional service by providing a welcoming environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, every time. The ideal candidate will maintain outstanding standards set by Caesars Entertainment, demonstrating solid product knowledge and consistent delivery of our service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every guest with a smile, providing a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Be aware of all menu items, making suggestions and answering questions to enhance the guest experience.
• Process transactions in a timely manner, accurately following cash handling procedures.
• Keep floors, counters, and dining areas clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Deliver food to guests, adhering to service behavior standards.
• Perform table touches to ensure guests have everything they need, fostering an exceptional experience.
• Foster a safe work environment, adhering to procedures outlined by Caesars Entertainment.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with guests, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Work in an environment with fluctuating business levels, responding to visual and oral direction.
• Demonstrate a willingness to be a team player, working a fluctuating schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Health Card and Alcohol Awareness certification (if over 21 years of age).

Physical and Mental Demands:

• Dexterity to utilize tools and equipment.
• Ability to stand for long periods, work in hot or cold temperatures, and walk entire shifts.
• Maneuver in confined spaces, work in dusty environments, and walk up and down stairs.
• Guest contact, reach, bend, stoop, twist, hear, type/computer literate, and tolerate high noise areas.
• Speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Work flexible schedules, push/pull up to 30 pounds, and lift up to 50 pounds.
