Security Shift Supervisor

At MSCCN, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site.
• Act as a liaison between site supervisors, account managers, and professional security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Assure that officers receive appropriate training and develop both technical and professional skills.
• Communicate staffing needs on shift to account managers or operations managers.

• Be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a clean driving record.
• Prior corrections, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
• Active Virginia DCJS Armed and Unarmed Security License is preferred.
