A prominent healthcare organization is in search of a locum tenens physician specializing in Spine Pain Management and Injection.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- No on-call duties
- One week of service per month
Responsibilities and Procedures:
- Administering standard general anesthesia
- Performing nerve blocks
- Conducting epidural injections
- Engaging in Pain Medicine practices
- Managing an average of 15 patients daily
- Working with a diverse patient demographic, including adults and seniors
- Supervision of CRNA staff
Support Team:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Medical Assistant
- Radiology Technician
- Four Neurosurgeons
- One Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation specialist
- CRNA with a 1:4 supervision ratio
- One orthopedic medical spine specialist
- One spine injectionist available as needed
Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Anesthesia
- Current ACLS certification
- Valid medical license in the relevant state
