A&O Mold & Engineering Inc is seeking an experienced Electrode Designer/CNC Programmer to enhance our precision injection mold capabilities.

This role requires someone with expertise in CNC programming, EDM technology, and 3D CAD software.

  • Design and develop custom electrodes using Cimatron or Visi.
  • Create CNC programs for precise electrode cutting.
  • Work closely with EDM operators to optimize production processes.
  • Ensure timely completion of electrode cutting tasks.
  • Provide detailed reports and documentation as required.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 7 years of experience in CNC programming and EDM technology.
  • Proficiency in Mastercam and Esprie software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

We offer a salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
