Your duties will include sanitizing and cleaning these areas; vacuuming, dusting, and washing walls and doors; detailing laundry machines; and maintaining a spotless environment for residents and guests.

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently with a schedule and set routine, possessing excellent communication and teamwork skills. Additionally, the ability to lift, bend, reach, and walk stairs daily is essential.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $48,000-$58,000 per year, negotiable depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package, including 401K and single health insurance, is also available. Must have own reliable transportation.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Sanitize and clean common areas, hallways, stairwells, and entrances.
  • Vacuum, dust, and wash walls and doors.
  • Detail laundry machines and maintain a spotless environment for residents and guests.
  • Clean vacant apartments before move-in.
  • Assist other staff with light outside upkeep, including planting and watering seasonal flowers, and clearing snow at building entrances.
