Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Benefits Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key consultants and decision-makers within our customer employer groups. With our unique product and growing awareness of its value proposition, we need a seasoned consultant to deepen relationships and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key consultants and decision-makers within our customer employer groups.
  2. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, proactively seeking out potential clients and understanding their unique needs.
  3. Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation, data analysis, presenting our solution and ultimately closing new customer contracts.
  4. Solution Selling: Present and articulate the value proposition of our unique solution, tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs of each customer.
  5. Consultative Selling: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on pharmacy benefit strategies, cost-saving measures, and compliance requirements.
  6. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to identify emerging opportunities.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with our CEO on existing opportunities, presentations and lead generation.
  8. Customer Handoffs: Work closely with Customer Success to ensure flawless implementations with each customer.

  4. Adept at analyzing data, creating reports for clients, and communicating effectively with broker and consultant partners.
  5. Effective communicators who can articulate our value proposition and process to clients, brokers, consultants, and members.

Position Requirements

  1. Experience in a sales or consulting role within the employee benefits or PBM industry.
  2. Superior communication and presentation skills.
  3. Technical proficiency to work independently: pc/mac, browser, MS-Office, etc.
  4. Ability to work remotely.
  5. Comfortable with travel up to 20%, including some overnight stays and air travel.
