Position Overview

As an Occupational Therapist with The Menta Group, you will play a vital role in supporting students' development of essential life and work skills. You will collaborate closely with students, teachers, and administrators to create individualized plans that foster academic and social-emotional growth.

Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to students during challenging moments, helping them navigate confusion, frustration, and setbacks.
  • Collaborate with educators to develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each student's unique needs and goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of strength and areas requiring intervention in students' occupational performance.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance students' motor skills, sensory processing, cognitive abilities, and daily living skills.
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to provide ongoing support and share progress updates on student development.
Qualifications

We seek a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist who is passionate about empowering students. The ideal candidate will possess:
