Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the clinical and financial outcomes of assigned patients, providing exceptional support to caregivers and the community. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients from a clinical, social, and financial perspective and coordinate post-discharge needs with the care team.
  • Function as a clinical and financial resource for patients and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Proactively perform utilization review, communicate coverage information with third-party payers, medical staff, and clinical providers.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
  • Computer experience required, with proficiency in Windows operating systems.
