Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, voice, fluency disorders, head injury, stroke, aphasia, and AAC.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive therapy and treatment plans for patients with speech disorders.
  • Administer standardized tests to accurately diagnose communication disorders and establish treatment goals and milestones.
  • Document and store treatment plans and progress reports, and update patient progress to relevant parties.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on related speech and language problems to provide the best possible care for patients.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech pathology.
  • Familiarity with communication disorders and ability to build rapport with patients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a positive and patient demeanor.
  • Masters degree in speech pathology for SLPs.
