Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at our Castle Rock, Colorado center. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing environment that fosters learning and development in young children. You will work closely with parents and other educators to provide exceptional care and education to our students.

Responsibilities
  • Implement our research-backed curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Partner with parents to provide regular updates and communicate effectively about their child's progress
  • Support the success of our center by contributing to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement efforts
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners
Qualifications
  • Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
