Position Overview:

A Crew Member is responsible for welcoming and serving customers, preparing and packaging food items, operating a Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards in the work environment, and completing daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt and friendly service to all customers.
  • Utilize a POS system to process orders and handle payments.
  • Prepare and package customer orders to meet their expectations.
  • Maintain cleanliness in cooking and preparation areas.
  • Exhibit thorough knowledge of menu offerings and ingredients.
  • Ensure food quality and portion control.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age requirement is 16 years.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in operating a computerized POS system.
  • Basic math and verbal/written communication skills.
