Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a high-quality treatment program that meets the needs of our patients.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive community relations program to promote the hospital's mission and goals.
- Provide leadership and direction to the program staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent patient care.
- Recruit, interview, and select qualified staff for the program.
- Develop processes to audit and coordinate ongoing education to ensure that all staff are trained on proper documentation of patient care.
- Participate in assessing and reassessing the program needs of the patient.
- Graduate degree in a related field.
