Job Summary

VineBrook Homes, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our repair and service team, ensuring that all work orders are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the work of the repair and service team, prioritizing tasks and assignments to meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and participate in after-hours on-call response program, ensuring that all emergency situations are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems, as well as other maintenance-related tasks.
  • Document and report any potential safety hazards, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role, with a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle, Drug Screen, Credit, and Criminal Background Check.
