Order Fulfillment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at Quest Group Executive Search & Staffing Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will enable you to effectively interact with customers, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime required. We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and we prefer candidates with Sage MAS experience.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle phone calls and administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
- Sage MAS experience is an asset.
