Job Overview

Soliant Therapy Group is seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders in a school district located in Virginia.

Estimated Salary Range:$63,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders in students.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide high-quality speech and language therapy in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for students.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A valid Virginia state SLP License is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
