We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care team at The Oaks at Jamestown. Salary
As a Registered Nurse at The Oaks at Jamestown, you can expect a competitive salary with excellent benefits, including weekly pay, student loan repayment, scholarships, and tuition reimbursement. Job Description
As a Healthcare Advocate - Long-Term Care, you will create a warm and friendly environment where our residents feel comfortable from admission through discharge. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing personalized care plans for each resident based on observation and expertise
- Advocating for residents at every stage of care, ensuring we go above and beyond for them every single day
- Handling medication for residents and keeping meticulous records of every aspect of the care you administer
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in all things nursing and how RNs practice medicine. You should also have knowledge about laws, regulations, and guidelines that relate to long-term care.
