Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team. As a PTA, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and treatment plans. You will be responsible for working in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address various diseases and impairments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist licensed therapists in the delivery of patient care and treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program
  • Licensed in the state where the SNF is located
  • Previous experience in a rehab SNF setting preferred
