We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical and mental health needs and develop appropriate care plans.
- Implement patient care plans, including administering medications and providing education to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with Psychiatrists, Therapists, Dietitians, and other members of the clinical team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Registered nurse licensed by State Board of Nursing in the state of employment.
- American Health Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification or equivalent.
- Previous psychiatric experience with children, adolescents, and adults is preferred.
