Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Empire Care Centers in Decatur, GA. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our licensed practical nurses to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Direct Resident Care: Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Vital Sign Monitoring: Take and record residents' temperatures, blood pressures, and other vital signs as needed.
  • Medication Administration: Observe and record residents' reactions to medications and treatment.
  • Infection Control: Practice safety and infection control policies to prevent the spread of illness.
  • Scheduling Flexibility: Maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our residents and unit.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in the organization and prioritization of patient and unit activities, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
