Care Choice of Boerne is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Facility Services Assistant. This role is responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees, visitors, and guests by administering temperature and questionnaire screenings. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key areas:
**Essential Functions:**
1. **Greet and Screen**: Welcome all employees, visitors, and guests in a polite, prompt, and helpful manner, while administering temperature and questionnaire screenings using approved policies and procedures.
2. **Notification and Clearance**: Notify management of all failed screens and facilitate proper identification to individuals cleared to enter the facility.
3. **Documentation and Confidentiality**: Document all necessary information and adhere to all confidentiality/HIPAA requirements.
4. **Facility Maintenance**: Ensure all individuals entering the facility are wearing a proper face covering and are adhering to social distancing guidelines. Provide a proper face covering if the individual does not have one of their own.
5. **Delivery and Logistics**: Ensure all deliveries are made following proper procedure.
6. **Personal Protective Equipment**: Utilize proper personal protective equipment (PPE) issued by the facility when deemed necessary by administration.
7. **Cleaning and Disinfection**: Clean and disinfect all high-touch areas and equipment used in the screening area.
