Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in our Inpatient Rehab unit. As a PRN weekend Physical Therapist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, promoting optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions and modalities to promote patient progress and independence.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in a clear and concise manner.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure timely and effective care.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
- One year of experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred.
