About the Role: As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for performing MRI procedures following established protocols and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI procedures: Follow established protocols and safety standards to ensure accurate and high-quality diagnostic images.
- Prepare and position patients: Ensure patient comfort and safety during MRI procedures.
- Operate and maintain MRI equipment: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals: Work with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal imaging results.
- Maintain accurate patient records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history and imaging results.
- Adhere to infection control protocols: Follow established protocols to prevent the spread of infection and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program: A degree from an accredited radiologic technology program is required.
- ARRT certification: Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
- Proficiency in MRI equipment operation: Experience operating MRI equipment and a strong understanding of MRI technology is required.
