Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Southern New Hampshire

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Conduct routine check-ups, diagnose and treat illnesses, and prescribe medications as needed
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Board certification or eligibility in a relevant specialty
- 2+ years of post-training primary care experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs)
