Our service advisors play a crucial role in our operations. They are motivated individuals who recognize the significance of nurturing great relationships with our clientele. Equipped with advanced tools, our advisors can present customers with a technician's perspective on their vehicle's needs through digital inspections. This transparent methodology, combined with expert guidance from our advisors, empowers customers to make informed choices regarding their vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers through various communication channels, including phone, text, and in-person interactions.
  • Collect pertinent information regarding customer needs and vehicle usage.
  • Provide accurate, competitive estimates and digital inspections based on customer inquiries and technician assessments.
  • Inform customers about their vehicle requirements.
  • Facilitate the repair process between customers and technicians, ensuring exceptional service supported by digital inspections.
  • Identify, order, and manage parts necessary for repair orders.
  • Contribute to our collective effort in delivering outstanding service to our customers and community.

Essential Skills:

  1. Exceptional customer service abilities.

  4. Familiarity with automotive software.

This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $60K - $90K annually, based on experience, along with vacation benefits and a 401K plan.

No weekend work is required.
