We are seeking a self-motivated and goal-oriented Real Estate Agent who can build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and excellent organizational and time management abilities.

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus a competitive commission structure. Flexible working hours, professional development opportunities, and access to a large network of industry contacts and resources are also offered.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
• Property Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to provide clients with insights on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Document Preparation: Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other necessary documents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• License: Valid real estate license in South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Wyoming, or Montana.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
• Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, excellent organizational and time management abilities, proficiency in real estate software and MS Office Suite, knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
