We are seeking an experienced Mold Design Engineer to join our team at Accu Staff Resource Systems in Addison, TX.

As a Mold Design Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of new products, utilizing Siemens NX 3D/Solids Works CAD solid modeling software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new products using Siemens NX 3D/Solids Works CAD software
  • Perform structural analysis using Ansys Mechanical FEA and Moldflow analysis with Moldex3D software
  • Provide technical support to the tool shop
  • Offer manufacturing support, manage automation projects, and provide technical guidance on plastic resins, colors, and additives
  • Issue QC spec sheets detailing critical dimensions and tolerances

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience using Siemens NX 3D CAD and Solid Works
  • Experienced with Ansys Mechanical FEA for structural analysis
  • Knowledge of Moldex3D software for Moldflow analysis
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks
