- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practice to promote safe and quality patient care.
- Develop and maintain a healthy work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
- Participate in precepting and mentoring new staff members, ensuring a smooth transition and promoting a culture of learning and growth.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English language.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using technology to support clinical care.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
