Position Overview:
The Warehouse Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and executing all warehouse operations, specifically in the areas of Shipping, Receiving, and Returns.

Key Responsibilities:
This position involves verifying all outgoing shipments, ensuring that all Bills of Lading (BOL) are accurately signed and submitted, processing incoming returns, and managing the documentation of outbound orders to the Warehouse Office.

Documentation and Compliance:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for maintaining precise records in accordance with various company protocols and standards.

Work Environment:
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace is essential, adhering to company policies and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Work Ratio:
The Warehouse Supervisor will allocate their time effectively, spending approximately 65% of their time on the warehouse floor and 35% on clerical data entry tasks.
