Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Nephrology Specialist to join our team at the University of Wisconsin Medical Foundation. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, cost-effective care to pediatric patients with nephrology-related conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, evaluate, treat, and manage pediatric nephrology patients in the outpatient clinics
  • Work with pediatric nephrology inpatient team and consults
  • Collaborate with patients with hypertension, nephrotic syndrome, microhematuria, proteinuria, and CKD
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program (if Nurse Practitioner) or Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program (if Physician Assistant)
  • Minimum - State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
  • Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice (if Nurse Practitioner) or Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice (if Physician Assistant)
