Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Crew Leader to join our team, responsible for overseeing industrial cleaning equipment operations, coordinating with customers, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires exceptional leadership and organizational skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate industrial cleaning equipment operations
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and personnel
  • Maintain accurate records, including project reports and customer communication
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality

Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial cleaning or a related field
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, employees, and vendors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Estimated Salary:$72,500 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
