Job Description
  • Theater/ Stadium Operations: Perform opening and closing duties, conduct daily systems inspections, and ensure theaters/stadiums are ready for shows.
  • Performance Setup: Assist in setting up daily performances, including stagehands, spotlight operators, lighting operators, audio operators, or camera/video equipment operators.
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Troubleshoot and maintain theatrical equipment, including lights, sound systems, and pyrotechnic materials.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working in a theme park/theatrical environment with training in at least one area: Lighting, Staging, Video, Audio, or Equipment Repair.
  • Skillset: Strong understanding of electrical theory, basic carpentry, and handling/setup of pyrotechnic materials preferred. Ability to read and interpret lighting plots, schematics, and blueprints also preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights between 6 and 65 feet. Comfortable standing, bending, or kneeling for long periods.
