**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Solar Panel Installation Specialist to join our team at Purelight Power. As a key member of our installation team, you will play a critical role in safely installing roof and ground-mounted solar systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Install rooftop and ground-mount solar PV systems, including flashing, racking, module level power electronics, array wiring, and junction boxes
* Maintain a clean job site and work truck
* Assist the crew lead and electrician in the completion of the installation
* Assist in loading and unloading company vehicles
* Follow company safety policies
* Work in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
* Interact with clients in a respectful manner
* Obtain fall protection certification from Click Safety (1.5 hour course)
* Obtain electrical safety certification from Click Safety (0.4 hour course)

**Requirements:**

* Must be able to lift up to 50lbs regularly
* Must be able to climb a ladder and work on a steep sloped roof

* Must be team-oriented and have a strong mechanical aptitude
* Must maintain a professional attitude
* Must be able to maintain continual improvement
* Must be willing to work outside during all 4 seasons of the year
* Ability to work with power tools and hand tools
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail
* Experience in construction and/or roofing (preferred)
* OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
* NABCEP certification (preferred)

**Compensation:**

* Starting at $22/hour
