Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a school-based position. As an SLP, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome communication challenges and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students, utilizing your expertise in communication and sciences disorders.
  • Treatment Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with diverse communication needs, ensuring that each student receives tailored support to meet their unique requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication skills, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
  • Record Keeping and Progress Monitoring: Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports, ensuring that student data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, effectively conveying complex information to students, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Education and Certification: Possess a Master's or Doctorate degree in Communication and Sciences Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology, and hold an active SLP license.
