Job Description:

FedEx Freight is hiring a Freight Coordinator to support our service center operations. As a key member of our team, you will provide excellent customer service, handle customer inquiries, and perform administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service via phone, email, and fax
  • Process documentation related to freight movement
  • Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks
  • Assist customers with resolving issues and providing solutions
  • Collaborate with other teams to deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years general office experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $17.80, depending on location and experience.
