We are seeking a compassionate Life Skills Coach to join our team of professionals who share our commitment to delivering high-quality care.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing guidance, support, and instruction in daily life skills.

You will work closely with our clients to develop and implement personalized plans that address their unique needs and goals, helping them to build confidence, independence, and self-esteem.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to adults with developmental disabilities in daily life skills, such as cooking, budgeting, scheduling, organization, and social relationships.
  • Develop and implement individualized goal plans that align with our clients' needs and aspirations.
  • Conduct regular assessments to track progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in special education, psychology, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities, preferably in a coaching or supportive role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish trust and rapport with clients and families.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
