Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for clients
  • Deliver high-quality haircuts and styling services in a timely manner
  • Learn and implement the 5 Steps to Customer Care with every client to ensure their return to our salon
  • Follow all state board regulations for safety and sanitation, including daily salon cleaning tasks
Requirements:
  • Valid TX Cosmetology License
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to listen and understand client needs
