The Retail Operations Leader reports directly to the District Sales Manager.

Responsibilities
In your role as Retail Operations Leader, you will:
- Utilize data and market insights to develop action plans that meet financial, customer service, and operational targets, while leveraging the unique strengths of the store.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and operational skills to optimize sales.
- Engage with customers to cultivate relationships and enhance brand loyalty through effective use of company resources.
- Attract, nurture, and retain top talent within the team.
- Inspire and motivate your teams by recognizing their strengths.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance performance and foster team development.
- Communicate clear expectations and hold the team accountable for achieving results.
- Ensure consistent adherence to merchandising and operational standards.
- Manage controllable expenses, including payroll and training, to boost profitability.
- Build trust within the team, even amidst differing beliefs and perspectives.
- Maintain composure during challenges and unexpected situations.
- Offer leadership in executing floor sets, window displays, and other visual merchandising tasks.
- Handle POS transactions during designated shifts and perform management duties in the absence of the Assistant Manager.
- Schedule staff according to their strengths to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Store Manager in a comparable volume, apparel retail environment (preferred).
- A proven history of surpassing sales and performance metrics.
- Flexible availability to accommodate business needs, including evenings and weekends.
- Potential for occasional travel to other locations and participation in district meetings.
