As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside our Walmart stores, you will take a leading role in patient care with respect to eye and vision care as well as general health and well-being.
With the autonomy to establish your days of practice, hours of operation, patient schedule, and fee schedule, you will have the freedom to run your practice as you see fit.
You will be responsible for launching your services in Walmart stores, providing high-quality eye care to our customers, and maintaining a positive reputation for our company.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school, a valid state optometry license, and a General Liability Certificate.
Additionally, you will need to have Professional Liability Insurance Certificate and a W-9 on file.
As an independent lease holder, you will have the opportunity to opt into equipment and instrumentation, administrative and/or Opt-Tech support services, and other benefits.
