Job Summary

Allegiance Staffing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping/Inventory Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders or invoices, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders or invoices
  • Unpack and record received items, sorting and distributing them to the appropriate departments or individuals
  • Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging items securely and labeling them accurately
  • Operate reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move stock within the warehouse
  • Perform order picking using RF scanners or AS400 system
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the MRP system
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment
Requirements

ASN, Daily Cycle Counts, and SAP experience are required for this role. If you have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, we encourage you to apply.
