Job Description: As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction site. This includes coordinating subcontractors, materials, and equipment to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring job site safety, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in multi-family construction. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills. You must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
