Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services in a school setting. This role involves working with students who have physical or motor disabilities that impact their education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students with disabilities to identify areas of need.
  • Develop and implement therapy goals as part of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to assigned students.
  • Collaborate with teachers to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Participate in student study teams and consult on therapy recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate IEPs and student progress records.

Requirements:

  • WA state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (ESA certification).
  • Experience working with children with diverse disabilities (cerebral palsy, neuro-developmental treatment).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Current BLS certification and two positive work references.

Compensation and Benefits:
