Job Qualifications

  • Must have one of the following independent licenses in Virginia: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions
  • See a minimum of 15 sessions per week
  • Be a true partner in the therapeutic process
  • Be open to seeing couples and/or children (we provide support)
  • Be willing to grow into leadership roles/supervisors
  • Complete notes within 24 hours
  • Exhibit strong character, integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care
